Everlywell 360 Review (2026): What $399 Gets You and How It Compares
Key Takeaway
Everlywell 360 is a $399/year lab membership: one in-person blood draw and urine sample at a Quest Diagnostics location, covering 83 biomarkers. On price per test, Function Health ($365/year, 160+ lab tests over two draws) offers more for less.

Everlywell 360 Review (2026): What $399 Gets You and How It Compares
By Steve Luu · Fact-checked against published sources · October 15, 2026
Disclosure: Better Vitals earns a commission if you buy Everlywell 360 through the links on this page, at no extra cost to you. That doesn't buy a ranking or a verdict, and Everlywell didn't review or approve this article. Because we earn on this one, we've gone out of our way to show where competitors are better value.
How we evaluated it: this review is based on published specs, independent reviews and owner reports: Everlywell's 360 page and member FAQ, competitors' official pricing pages, independent reviews from Med Consumer Watch and Motherly, and owner posts on Reddit. We haven't used Everlywell 360 and we don't run lab accuracy tests, so there are no scores or ratings of our own. Facts are per Everlywell unless marked otherwise, all checked October 15, 2026.
Short answer: Everlywell 360 is a $399/year lab membership: one in-person blood draw and urine sample at a Quest Diagnostics location, covering 83 biomarkers, with results and what Everlywell calls a "clinician-reviewed" Care Plan in your Everlywell dashboard. It's US only, and the membership isn't offered in AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY or RI. On price per test, Function Health ($365/year, 160+ lab tests over two draws) offers more for less. The 360 suits people who want one yearly visit, a written Care Plan and the option of a paid one-on-one clinician consult.

Quick verdict: who it suits, and who should look elsewhere
May suit
- US adults in eligible states who want one broad yearly baseline in a single fasting visit, with blood and urine.
- People who want results explained in writing. Everlywell says the Care Plan "explains what your results mean and what to do next."
- People who may want a clinician to talk it through. The +Consult tier adds a one-on-one visit with a licensed clinician.
- Existing Everlywell customers who want lab results in the same dashboard.
- FSA/HSA users. Everlywell says the purchase can be submitted for reimbursement; check with your plan.
Look elsewhere if
- You want the most tests for the money. Function Health is cheaper and tests more, over two draws (see the comparison below).
- You only want a one-off panel without a membership. Quest's own Elite Health Profile is $399 + a $6 fee for 85+ markers at the same Quest sites, with no auto-renewal.
- You only need one or two markers, such as HbA1c or cholesterol. A single test or a doctor-ordered test costs far less.
- You live in Canada or in AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY or RI.
- You have symptoms or a known condition. See a clinician who can order the right tests and act on them.
Talk to your doctor: a wellness panel isn't a check-up and doesn't replace a doctor's visit. If you have symptoms, a known condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take hormones or other medicines, talk to your doctor first. Everlywell itself notes these can produce results "outside the reference ranges" (Everlywell FAQ). Any abnormal result needs follow-up with a clinician, and a normal result isn't a clean bill of health.
What the 83 biomarkers cover
Everlywell lists the full panel on its 360 page. Here's the published list, grouped by Everlywell's six categories. "What it looks at" is a plain description, not a claim about what the test can find.
| Category (per Everlywell) | Markers listed (Oct 15, 2026) | What it looks at |
|---|---|---|
| Nutritional health | Calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin B12, ferritin, iron, iron % saturation, iron binding capacity, CO2, chloride, potassium, sodium | Vitamin, mineral, iron-store and electrolyte levels |
| Hormone health | Shared: cortisol, DHEA-sulfate, TSH, free T4, free T3, total testosterone. Female panel adds: AMH, estradiol, FSH, LH. Male panel adds: PSA total, PSA free, PSA % free | Thyroid, adrenal and sex-hormone levels |
| Heart and metabolic | Total, LDL, HDL and non-HDL cholesterol, cholesterol/HDL ratio, triglycerides, lipoprotein(a), homocysteine, glucose, HbA1c, insulin, uric acid | Blood fats and blood-sugar markers |
| Inflammation and autoimmunity | ANA, hsCRP, thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb), thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO) | A general inflammation marker and some autoantibodies |
| Liver, kidney and bladder | ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, total bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, A/G ratio, BUN, creatinine, BUN/creatinine ratio, eGFR, plus a 16-item urinalysis | Standard liver and kidney chemistry and a routine urine test |
| Immune and blood cell | WBC with five-part differential (% and absolute), hemoglobin, hematocrit, RBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, platelets, MPV | A complete blood count (CBC) |
About PSA (male panel): the male panel includes PSA, a prostate-cancer screening test. US guidance says men 55 to 69 should decide about PSA screening individually, after talking through the benefits and harms with a clinician, and recommends against routine PSA screening at 70 and older. A raised PSA often isn't cancer but can lead to more tests and a biopsy (USPSTF). If you haven't made that decision, talk to your doctor before you buy, and bring any PSA result to them rather than acting on it alone.
Much of this is the standard chemistry, blood count, lipid, thyroid and urine testing a doctor might order. One gap: the 360 list doesn't include ApoB, which Quest's Elite Health Profile and Labcorp's Advanced Health Panel (below) include.
A note on WellScore and biological age: Everlywell says its biological age is "Based on 9 key biomarkers tied to aging, metabolism, inflammation, and overall health," and that WellScore was "Developed exclusively for Everlywell 360". These are Everlywell's own summary scores. Everlywell hasn't published how they're calculated, so treat them as a way to track your own numbers over time, not as clinical measures.
Talk to your doctor: testing 83 markers at once means some results will probably be flagged even if you're healthy. MedlinePlus explains: "It's common for healthy people to sometimes have results outside the reference range." It also notes that "even if you have a test result within the normal range, you may need additional testing, especially if you have symptoms of a health condition" (MedlinePlus). Some markers are especially likely to raise questions. A positive ANA is found in about 14% of people in the US aged 12 and older (Satoh 2012) and on its own doesn't mean you have an autoimmune disease. AMH (female panel) estimates egg supply but didn't predict natural fertility in women 30–44 without known infertility (Steiner 2017), so don't make family-planning decisions on it alone. Bring flagged results to a clinician before changing anything. Don't start, stop or change a medicine or supplement based on a panel alone.
How Everlywell 360 works, step by step
- Buy the membership, choosing the female or male panel by sex assigned at birth.
- An independent physician network approves the lab order. Everlywell emails you once it's approved.
- Book a Quest visit. "All in-person appointments must be completed within 12 months of purchase."
- Fast and prepare. "Yes, it is required that you fast for 9-12 hours prior to taking your test." Everlywell also recommends morning appointments for iron and cortisol and notes that biotin supplements can affect some tests. Don't stop any medicine without asking your prescriber, as Everlywell itself says.
- Give blood and urine at Quest. There's nothing extra to pay there.
- Get results. "Most customers get their lab results back within 9 days after lab work is completed." The Care Plan follows within 24 hours.
- Optional consult (360 + Consult only), bookable after your Care Plan arrives.
Source for each step: Everlywell 360 Membership FAQ, checked October 15, 2026.
Base membership vs +Consult. Of the base membership, Everlywell's FAQ says: "No, diagnosis and treatment are not currently available through Everlywell 360." In the +Consult tier, a clinician can explain results, suggest follow-up tests or referrals and, in some cases, prescribe. "Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the clinician." Follow-up labs and prescriptions cost extra.
If a result can't wait: Everlywell's FAQ says a nurse may call you about some results and may tell you to seek in-person care. If that happens, do what the nurse says before waiting for your Care Plan or booking a consult (Everlywell FAQ). The base 360 doesn't include diagnosis or treatment, so if a result is marked critical or far out of range (for example blood sugar, potassium, sodium, kidney function, hemoglobin or platelets), contact your own doctor or an urgent care clinic the same day. If you feel unwell, with chest pain, shortness of breath, confusion, fainting or severe weakness, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Don't wait for a scheduled appointment.

Everlywell 360 vs Function Health
On price per test, Function Health currently offers more for less. Function is $365 a year for "160+ lab tests annually." Its FAQ says: "Start with 100+ tests at your annual visit, and follow up with 60+ tests 3-6 months later to see what's changed" (Function FAQ). The 360 is $399 for 83 biomarkers in one visit. Two caveats: Function's 160+ is counted across two draws, and the mid-year set re-tests a subset of the first, so you don't get 160 different markers. And the two draws mean two fasting lab trips. Function's $365 price applies in all states except New York and New Jersey, where testing can cost more, and Arizona members need two visits for the annual test, per its FAQ.
The 360 still makes sense if you'd rather do one visit a year, want Everlywell's written Care Plan, or want the option of a paid consult with a clinician who can order follow-up care. Function doesn't replace your doctor either. Its own FAQ says: "It's not a replacement for your health benefits or doctor."
Conflict note: Function's site lists Mark Hyman, M.D., as its "Co-founder and chief medical officer," so his endorsements of Function aren't independent. We don't quote them. More: our Function Health review.
Everlywell 360 vs Quest and Labcorp's own panels
This is the comparison most reviews skip. The 360 sends you to Quest anyway, and Quest sells its own panels direct. On October 15, Quest's Elite Health Profile listed at $399 plus a $6.00 Physician Service Fee for "85+ markers," from a "Blood & urine sample," with "Results in 3-5 business days" (Quest). Its Comprehensive Health Profile is $329 + $6 for 75+ markers (Quest). Quest's panels aren't memberships, so nothing auto-renews. What you don't get is Everlywell's Care Plan, WellScore or consult option.
Independent review site Med Consumer Watch made the same point: "Everlywell 360 is not badly priced—it is priced within $6 of the equivalent Quest panel." It advises readers to "compare it directly against Quest's Elite Health Profile at $405 before assuming the membership saves you anything" (Med Consumer Watch, prices checked July 29, 2026; that site also uses affiliate links).
Labcorp OnDemand's Advanced Health Panel is a similar one-time option: $399 for "65+ markers" from blood and urine, including ApoB and fasting insulin (Labcorp OnDemand).
Everlywell 360 vs InsideTracker
InsideTracker Ultimate is $489 (membership $149 plus a $340 test) for "Up to 48 Biomarkers," with algorithm-based lifestyle recommendations (InsideTracker). It tests fewer markers and doesn't list a urine test. Its real advantage for our readers is Canada: Canadians can buy it with a mobile blood draw (US prices; check Canadian pricing at checkout), though "Insulin testing in Canada is not available at this time." See InsideTracker Ultimate vs Function Health.
Everlywell 360 vs LetsGetChecked
LetsGetChecked sells single-topic home kits, such as a $99 Diabetes & Heart Test (LetsGetChecked). It's the better fit if you only want to track one or two things. More options: best at-home blood tests 2026 and best at-home metabolic tests 2026.
What independent reviewers and owners say
Independent coverage of the 360 is thin, and we found no review that tested it against another lab.
- Med Consumer Watch (July 2026) called the 360 fairly priced against Quest's panel but criticized its auto-renewal and refund terms (review).
- Motherly (Jill Koziol, updated October 10, 2025; Motherly says it may earn a commission and offers its readers an Everlywell discount code) went through the 360 with a consult. She wrote: "It took about 10 days for my results to come back." She also said "the AI-generated clinical notes were refreshingly conversational" (Motherly). Everlywell describes the Care Plan as "clinician-reviewed"; it doesn't say how much software helps write it.
- A Reddit owner (u/HappyPlatform, July 2025, in a thread on a competitor's subreddit) wrote: "I initially ordered the basic package with 83 biomarkers and after looking at my results, I needed to talk to a doctor." They added: "They had the option to add in a telehealth consult and I loved talking to the doctor about my results" (r/MitoHealth). (That was in 2025; Everlywell's current FAQ says the consult can't yet be added after your results come back, so choose 360 + Consult up front if you want it.)
These are individual reports, not evidence about most users. Everlywell's own testimonials carry the note "*Select customers received membership for research.", so we don't quote them.

Accuracy, labs and what the results can (and can't) tell you
- Collection and labs. The 360 uses a standard venous blood draw and a urine sample at Quest. Everlywell says: "All tests are processed in CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited labs through Quest Diagnostics." That's the same kind of collection and lab a doctor-ordered test would use. It's different from Everlywell's finger-prick home kits.
- Reference ranges vary between labs. Everlywell's own FAQ warns that 360 results may differ from its at-home kit results because labs set their own reference ranges. If you track trends, stick with one lab.
- Wellness use, not diagnosis. Everlywell's site footer says: "None of our tests are intended to be a substitute for seeking professional medical advice, help, diagnosis, or treatment."
- Lab-developed tests. Consumer Reports noted in 2022 that the FDA "typically does not check" lab-developed tests and that "Some home testing companies, like Everlywell, say on their website that their tests are LDTs" (Consumer Reports). That was mainly about home kits; the 360 is run by Quest.
About food-sensitivity tests: Everlywell also sells IgG food-sensitivity tests. We don't recommend or link them. Major allergy organizations say IgG testing can't diagnose food allergy, intolerance or "sensitivity." IgG to a food usually just shows you've eaten it: CSACI calls it "a marker of exposure and tolerance to food" and warns the tests can lead to unnecessary dietary restrictions. The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology says "this test has never been scientifically proven to be able to accomplish what it reports to do" (AAAAI). The Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology "strongly discourages the practice of food-specific IgG testing for the purposes of identifying or predicting adverse reactions to food" (CSACI). If you think a food is causing symptoms, see a doctor or an allergist.
Is Everlywell available in Canada?
No. Everlywell says: "Everlywell can only ship within the United States at this time." It also can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories (Everlywell). The 360 needs a visit to a US Quest location and a US address.
Canadian options:
- InsideTracker sells to Canada with a mobile blood draw (see above).
- LifeLabs (BC, Ontario and Saskatchewan) sells some tests you can pay for yourself through its online store (LifeLabs). Check what's offered in your province.
- Your family doctor or a walk-in clinic can order many of the same tests, often covered by provincial plans when there's a medical reason.
Other Everlywell tests worth knowing
If you only need one area checked, Everlywell's single home-collection tests cost less (US only; Everlywell site data, October 15, 2026): HbA1c $49, Cholesterol & Lipids $49, Testosterone $69, Metabolism $99, Thyroid $149, Women's or Men's Health $249. These are home kits that use a finger-prick blood sample (some, like the Women's and Men's Health tests, use saliva), not a venous draw. Some markers hold up well in finger-prick samples and others don't, and Everlywell itself says home-kit results can differ from 360 results because of sample type and lab ranges (Everlywell FAQ; Ansari et al., 2021). Confirm any abnormal home result with a standard blood test through your doctor. Everlywell+ ($39/month in credits for home tests and telehealth) is a separate product from the 360 (Everlywell+).
Price, renewal and cancellation
- Billing: "Everlywell 360 is an annual membership program, so you'll be charged annually on the same day you signed up," per Everlywell's FAQ. Put the renewal date in your calendar.
- Cancelling: "You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Everlywell 360 Concierge team at everlywell360@everlywell.com."
- Refunds (360 + Consult): "You have up to 60 days after you order to cancel your purchase." There's a $20 non-refundable fee, and "No purchases can be canceled after sample collection at one of the Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers has occurred." If you already have results but haven't had the consult, Everlywell offers a $100 partial refund minus the $20 fee. The FAQ spells out refund terms only for 360 + Consult, so ask Everlywell about the standard tier before you buy.
- FSA/HSA: Everlywell says the purchase can be submitted for reimbursement and tells you to check with your benefits coordinator.
- Insurance: not accepted.
- Extras: "No, additional labs or prescriptions are not included in the cost of your membership."

Bottom line
Everlywell 360 is a legitimate way to get a broad yearly blood and urine panel at Quest, with what Everlywell calls a clinician-reviewed Care Plan and an optional paid consult. It isn't the best value: Function Health tests more for $34 less a year, and Quest sells a similar 85+ marker panel for $405 with no membership. Choose the 360 if you're in an eligible US state and want one visit a year plus Everlywell's Care Plan and consult option. Canadians should look at InsideTracker, LifeLabs or their own doctor.
US only: Everlywell 360 isn't available in Canada or in AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY or RI.
See current Everlywell 360 pricing →
Talk to your doctor: share your 360 results with your own doctor, especially anything flagged high or low. A yearly panel doesn't replace a check-up, screening your doctor recommends for your age, or care for symptoms.
FAQ
How much does Everlywell 360 cost?
US $399 a year, billed annually, and it auto-renews. Everlywell markets 360 + Consult, which adds a one-on-one clinician visit, at $100 more (about US $499 a year); confirm the price at checkout. Insurance isn't accepted, but Everlywell says it's FSA/HSA eligible. Prices checked October 15, 2026 (Everlywell).
How many biomarkers does Everlywell 360 test?
Everlywell says 83, across six categories: nutritional, hormone, heart and metabolic, inflammation and autoimmunity, liver/kidney/bladder (including urinalysis), and immune and blood cell. The female panel adds AMH, estradiol, FSH and LH; the male panel adds PSA (Everlywell).
Is Everlywell 360 an at-home test?
No. You fast for 9–12 hours, then give a blood sample and a urine sample in person at a Quest Diagnostics location. Everlywell's other tests are home kits, but the 360 isn't (Everlywell FAQ).
How long do Everlywell 360 results take?
Everlywell says most customers get results within 9 days of the lab visit, with the Care Plan within 24 hours after that. One independent reviewer at Motherly reported about 10 days (Everlywell FAQ).
Is Everlywell 360 worth it compared with Function Health?
On price per test, Function Health currently offers more for less: US $365 a year for 160+ lab tests over two draws, versus US $399 for 83 biomarkers in one draw. The 360 may suit you better if you want one visit a year, Everlywell's written Care Plan, or a paid clinician consult. Neither replaces your doctor (Function).
Can I use FSA or HSA funds for Everlywell 360?
Everlywell says the 360 is FSA/HSA eligible and the purchase can be submitted for reimbursement. Check with your plan's benefits coordinator first, as Everlywell advises (Everlywell FAQ).
Is Everlywell available in Canada?
No. Everlywell ships only within the United States and not to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories. Canadians can look at InsideTracker (mobile draw), LifeLabs' online store (BC, Ontario and Saskatchewan), or ask their family doctor (Everlywell).
Which states can't order Everlywell 360?
Everlywell says: "Membership is not currently offered in AZ, AK, HI, NJ, NY or RI." You must also be 18 or older (Everlywell FAQ).
Does Everlywell 360 auto-renew, and how do I cancel?
Yes. It renews on the same date each year. Everlywell says you can cancel at any time by emailing its 360 Concierge team at everlywell360@everlywell.com. For 360 + Consult, cancellations within 60 days cost a $20 fee and aren't possible after your Quest visit (Everlywell FAQ).
Is the lab Everlywell 360 uses accredited?
Everlywell says all 360 tests are processed in CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited labs through Quest Diagnostics, and samples are collected by licensed technicians. Accreditation covers lab quality; it doesn't mean the results diagnose anything (Everlywell FAQ).
Are Everlywell's food sensitivity tests accurate?
Everlywell's food sensitivity tests measure IgG antibodies. Major allergy organizations, including the AAAAI and CSACI, say IgG testing can't diagnose food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity. IgG to a food usually just shows you've eaten it. If you suspect a food is causing symptoms, see a doctor or an allergist (AAAAI).
